Comfortable, well appointed hotel with excellent standards of service from its friendly and attentive staff. Room a good size with comfortable beds and free wired internet. Several resturants; we ate in the chinese Seishika resturant where the meal was good. Courtesy bus to the station which was welcome in the rain on departure.

Breakfast in Sopresa resturant on top floor offers excellent selection and great views. However, at almost 1900 yen per person (about £15 or $24) you need to eat well to get good value.

A really good way to end my trip. Good standard hotel with wonderful view over the town. Location near to the center of Matsumoto in the Japanese Alps and the castle, restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Cafe & Resto Shiosai nearby.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and it provided 2 meeting rooms available for events. The complimentary wired Internet access and computer station were very useful for my work. The 24-hour front desk was always ready to assist.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated space with printing and copying facilities.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, and the location is cozy and surrounded by beautiful mountains, plus it's close enough to walk to Tenjin Fukashi Shrine.
